On Saturday February 16th, the Franklin St. Club and the C.A.P.S. program will be hosting a Chinese basket raffle. The raffle will take place at the Eldredge Bicycle Club (17 Broad St., Tonawanda). The cost will be $10 for adults and $5 for kids and includes food, drinks, and 25 auction tickets. With over 100 prizes, this basket raffle is sure to be fun and rewarding. We invite anyone interested to come and join in the fun.
