And all the prizes that we won.
It will never be the same
Because without you it?s just not as fun.
Our Mini Kids will miss you,
That I know for sure
Teaching all the games you knew
Was how you caught their allure.
Grandpa Pete they knew you as,
And dedication you knew well.
Your impact has been great, it has,
As surely members will tell.
We think of you in silence
And make no outward show.
For what it meant to lose you
All the Boys and Girls Club members will know.
Remembering you is easy,
We do it everyday.
It's the heartache of losing you
