Food, Fun & Fitness is a FREE nutrition and recreation program for youth and adults developmental disabilities living at home with their families.


Based out of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Nothtowns' Town Clubhouse, the program focuses on food, nutrition, and physical fitness in a fun, social, and recreational environment. 

Participants will gain practical cooking skills and enjoy fun, inclusive physical activity.
